Role Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and results-oriented Used Cars & Corporate Sales Manager to join our client, a leading OEM in Dubai. This high-impact role requires strategic leadership to develop and manage corporate sales and used car operations, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability in a competitive market.

The Role

  • Promote, develop, and manage Corporate, Direct, Special Sales and Used Car activities to maximise business opportunities.
  • Evaluate market potential, identify priority opportunities, and develop mid-to-long-term strategies in collaboration with area management teams.
  • Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and the implementation of the used car full-circle process to optimise operations across domestic and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, dealers, and suppliers, ensuring alignment and fostering growth opportunities.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and achievement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Track competitor actions and develop effective strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Develop impactful retail sales campaigns tailored to corporate and used car channels.
  • Manage VIP, corporate, and special customer groups such as diplomats, government officials, and royalty, ensuring excellent service and alignment with corporate standards.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 6-8 years in a similar role within the automotive industry, dealership, fleet management, or used car market. You must have OEM experience, although a mix of OEM and retail would be advantageous.
  • Has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and profitability management, including profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
  • Proven ability to lead successful negotiations with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • An entrepreneurial and proactive approach to business development, with well-honed stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Currently working within the GCC.
